At Vermont Eye Laser we are well aware of the desire to have LASIK and other refractive procedures at the very best possible cost. While our fees are extremely competitive, our center, staff, technology and surgeon are second to none and we will never be the absolute “cheapest” available to you. Patients who select Vermont Eye Laser understand that the best way to insure success is to pick the right surgeon, the right technology and the right center because it is truly a “difference you’ll see”. Today, we offer a variety of procedures but the safest and most effective is the Bladeless All Laser LASIK. If you are interested in a procedure other than the latest technology please call to inquire what promotional programs are currently available. Traditional LASIK surgical fees currently (available for a limited time) start at $1,590 per eye for the surgical fee only, other fees do apply. Our All Laser iLASIK fees are available in our “Standard or Regular Fee”, our Promotional “Easy Pay Fee” and our Promotional “Cash” Fee.

Standard or Regular Fee $2,990 per eye

• includes all pre-operative examination fees and 36 months of post operative care*.
• includes all enhancements or secondary procedures for 36 months. Enhancements after 36 months are a reduced rate of $250 per eye.
• all payments must be made within 10 days of surgery.
• credit cards, no interest 12/24 month financing and traditional financing included.
• no surcharge for Saturday surgeries.

Promotional “Easy Pay” Fee $2,690 per eye

• includes pre-operative examination fee of $175.00
• includes post-operative fee of $500
• requires $250 per eye enhancement fee, after 18 months fee is $500.
• credit cards and traditional financing accepted (no interest programs are not eligible)
• payment or voucher due on or before day of surgery.
• Saturday surgeries require additional surcharge.

Promotional “Cash” Fee $2,145 per eye, (non inclusive)

• requires pre-operative examination fee of $175.00
• requires a post-operative care fee of $500.00
• all enhancements in the first 18 months require a $250 per eye fee, 19+ months $750 per eye fee.
• Credit Cards and Financing are not accepted for this program.
• All payments must be made and cleared prior to the day of surgery.

Charitable Giving Vouchers Are Accepted for All Fee Programs!
* After the first year includes yearly eye exams.
